Roadmap

Where Sublyra is headed

What the app does today, what we're actively building, and what we're considering next. Sublyra is in pre-launch, so this page moves fast — for the dated, shipped list see the changelog.

Shipped

Live in the app today

Everything below is real, running code — most of it on every plan, including Free.

Subscriptions, end to end

Product-page subscribe-and-save widget with one-click theme setup, selling plans with custom intervals and discounts, CSV product import, memberships, and quick checkout links for campaigns.

Customer portal

Subscribers skip, pause, resume, reschedule, swap variants and update payment methods themselves — inside Shopify customer accounts, the hosted portal, and every subscription email.

Smart retries & dunning

Failed renewals retry on schedules tuned to the decline reason, with card-update reminders by email and optional SMS. Recovery rate and recovered revenue are tracked in the app.

Cancellation flows & save offers

Cancel-reason surveys mapped to targeted counter-offers — discount, delay, swap, pause — with save rate tracked per reason.

Win-back campaigns

Automated, consent-gated emails to lapsed subscribers backed by real Shopify discount codes.

Bundles & build-a-box

Build-your-own-box subscriptions with per-box discounts, plus upsells in the widget and portal and quantity-break volume discounts.

Loyalty & referrals

Streak rewards, store credit and milestone gifts for consecutive renewals, plus a referral program with tracked codes — on Pro, or as an add-on.

Analytics & cohorts

MRR, churn, revenue split and subscriber movement, color-coded cohort retention, product performance and churn-reason analysis.

API, webhooks & integrations

REST API keys, signed outbound webhooks and a Shopify Flow connector, plus Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Twilio SMS integrations — on Pro, or as an add-on.

Checkout & storefront extensions

A one-time-to-subscription upgrade offer in checkout, an order-status page banner linking to the portal, and Box Builder and quantity-breaks theme blocks.

Migration tooling

CSV import with matched-row preview and one-click subscriber re-activation links, plus an optional white-glove, done-with-you migration add-on.

Data protection & export

All three mandatory GDPR webhooks handled end to end, an audit trail on customer data, encrypted third-party credentials, and CSV/Excel export of every dataset.

In progress

What we're actively working on

Shopify App Store launch

Submission, listing assets and review. Sublyra is in pre-launch today — the install buttons go live the moment the listing does.

More outbound integrations

The integrations directory in the app already badges the next batch as "Planned" — we're wiring them up behind the same consent-gated event sync as Klaviyo.

Retention reporting, round two

A clearer "revenue saved" view across dunning, save offers and win-backs, so the retention stack shows what it earned, not just what it did.

Planned

Next after that

Committed to, but not started — order may shift as merchants weigh in.

Pre-dunning notifications

Warn subscribers before a saved card expires, so payments never fail in the first place — the cheapest recovery is the one you don't need.

A/B testing for save offers

Test two counter-offers against each other per cancel reason and let the save-rate data pick the winner.

Help-desk integration

Subscription context inside your support inbox (Gorgias is the likely first), so agents see the contract before they answer.

Under consideration

Thinking about, not promising

These are directions we're weighing — your vote genuinely changes the order.

Smarter save offers

Suggested counter-offers based on the cancel reason and the subscriber's history, instead of a purely manual mapping.

Points-based loyalty tiers

A fuller loyalty ladder — points per order, tiered membership rewards — beyond today's streak and store-credit rewards.

B2B subscription tooling

Net terms, volume pricing and company-account subscriptions for wholesale buyers.

This roadmap is directional

No dates, no promises — priorities shift with what merchants actually ask for, and items can move between sections or drop entirely. What shipped is on the changelog; what you'd vote for belongs in our inbox — send a feature request, we read every one.
