Are there really no transaction fees?
None, on either plan. Subscription orders, renewals and recovered payments are always 0% + $0.00 — you pay the plan price and nothing else, so high-volume months never blow up the bill.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free costs $0/month for up to 300 subscribers and includes the product-page widget, customer portal, selling plans, core analytics and the full retention stack — dunning, cancellation flows, win-back campaigns and bundles. No transaction fees, ever.
What happens when I hit my subscriber limit?
We'll let you know before you get there. Existing subscribers keep billing normally; to keep adding new subscribers past the cap you upgrade to Pro. We never pause or cancel your customers' subscriptions because of a plan limit.
How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with a 30-day free trial — and the trial is truly $0. You can downgrade or uninstall at any point before it ends and pay nothing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the plan & billing page inside the app. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly (Pro is $390/year instead of $468).
Can I migrate from Appstle, Subi or Recharge?
Yes — Sublyra includes migration tooling, and the one-time white-glove migration add-on ($149) is a done-with-you import where we bring your existing subscribers over with you.
