Pricing questions
How does the per-transaction fee work?
On every subscription renewal order, Sublyra charges your plan's percentage plus $0.19 (for example, 1.0% + $0.19 on Starter). One-time purchases are never charged. Fees stop accruing once you hit your plan's monthly cap, so high-volume months never blow up the bill.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Launch costs $0/month and includes the product-page widget, customer portal, selling plans and core analytics for up to 100 subscribers. You only pay the 1.5% + $0.19 transaction fee on subscription orders, capped at $100/month.
What happens when I hit my subscriber limit?
We'll let you know before you get there. Existing subscribers keep billing normally; to keep adding new subscribers past the cap you upgrade to the next plan. We never pause or cancel your customers' subscriptions because of a plan limit.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Plus) start with a 30-day free trial. You're not charged the monthly subscription during the trial, and you can downgrade or uninstall at any point before it ends. Transaction fees on real subscription orders still apply, as they do on every plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the plan & billing page inside the app. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly (for example, Starter is $290/year instead of $348).
Can I migrate from Appstle, Subi or Recharge?
Yes — Sublyra includes migration tooling, and the Plus plan includes hands-on implementation. On any other plan you can add the one-time white-glove migration ($149) and we'll import your existing subscribers with you.
