Sublyra is a product of NeonTech Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United States. This policy explains what we collect when merchants use the Sublyra Shopify app and when visitors use sublyra.com (including waitlist and contact forms).
Website visitors
When you join the waitlist, book a demo, subscribe to the newsletter, or send a contact message, we process the email and other details you submit so we can respond. We do not sell personal information.
App merchants
When you install Sublyra from the Shopify App Store (once publicly available), we process shop domain, admin identity via Shopify authentication, subscription contract metadata required to operate selling plans, and settings you configure in the app. Payment card data for shoppers stays on Shopify — it does not touch Sublyra servers.
Categories of data
Account and auth data from Shopify; subscription and selling-plan configuration; operational logs needed to run and debug the service; and communications you send to support@sublyra.com.
Retention
We retain merchant app data for as long as the app is installed and for a limited period afterward as needed for billing disputes, legal obligations, and secure deletion. Website form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and operate the waitlist.
Subprocessors
Hosting for the app (Hetzner), email delivery (Resend), calendar booking (Cal.com) when you book a demo, and Shopify as the commerce platform. Marketing site hosting may use additional infrastructure providers.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
